Banana muffins

All purpose flour-2cups
cream of tartar -൨ teaspoon/baking powder-൧ and bakingsoda-1
sugar-1cup
Oil-1/2cup
banana-൩ i use more bananas bz i like the flovoue
lemon rind-൧ teaspoon
egg-൧
vanila essence-൧ teaspoon

Mix banana,oil,egg lemon rind,vanila essence,sugar by hand mixer or any electric mixer
sieve the flour and cream of tartat and mix with the above mixer
bake in the muffin pan about ൧൮൦-൨൦-൨൫ minutes
